Elegant and Modern
These chairs added so much style and function to this already stunning space. Using chairs that were the right size and scale, I was able to ensure they could fit 8 comfortably and up the wow factor. The brass detailing and low profile enable guests to view the beautiful architecture and view.
Laundry
Where style meets function
This space before was empty. It was off balanced, dark, and did not meet my clients needs at all. By refreshing her paint and trim, using pre-fab cabinetry with custom hardware, and art, we created a fresh, contemporary space that met all of the client's needs. The cabinets on the left of washer, actually pull out with 4 different bins for sorting clothing.

Coastal Draperies
Window treatments are often undervalued. Custom draperies not only give you privacy, they can protect your furniture from harmful UV rays from the sun that cause fading, cut down on energy bills by adding an extra layer of thermal & heat protection, allow you to sleep in or get a nap in the middle of the day, the benefits are ongoing. It also adds a softness to the room that otherwise would feel stark and unfinished.

Setco Defuniak
Located in Historic Defuniak, Setco opened its 9th location. Katy drew inspiration from the original flooring and the history of Defuniak Springs to create this one of a kind space for this great Title Company.
Guest Bedroom
Using neutrals and a splash of mineral blue, Katy designed this room to be a sophisticated coastal retreat.
Setco 30A
Using large scale art, Katy was able to bring this space to life. Using coastal artwork that makes this office space feel comfortable, on trend and timeless at the same time.
Master Bedroom
A grand tufted bed is the focal point in this Master Bedroom. My clients requested a relaxing space that was comfortable, yet refined. With new flooring, paint, custom draperies, lighting, and all new furniture, Katy was able to make her client's dream bedroom become a reality.
